DUSON is co-hosting the 24^th Nursing Network on Violence Against Women International (NNVAWI) Conference from June 21 to 23 at the Durham Convention Center. This conference provides a forum for nurses, social workers, counselors, physicians, advocates, community activists, policy makers and researchers to share their work and engage in dialogue about innovations in research, practice, education and policy that support action to create a violence-free world.

Abstracts for podium presentations, symposia/workshops and project pitches are being accepted until August 31, and submissions can be edited up until that date. Priority will be given to abstracts that reflect the conference theme: "Promoting resiliency and equity to address gender-based violence through community-led solutions and partnerships." Authors may submit up to two abstracts as first author, including abstracts not directly related to the conference theme. Student submissions are encouraged.
