Consider Log2Lose Program to Build Healthier Lifestyle

Log2Lose is an 18-month research project at the University of Wisconsin (Madison, WI) and Duke University focused on helping people build habits for a healthier lifestyle.

Log2Lose is an 18-month research project at the University of Wisconsin (Madison, WI) and Duke University focused on helping people build habits for a healthier lifestyle. Everyone will receive a well-researched weight management program led by registered dietitians that focuses on developing habits for a healthier lifestyle. They do not teach a "diet" or restriction of any specific food or food group.

Participants will attend online group classes and one-on-one phone calls where they will receive personalized support and feedback. Everyone will be encouraged to track their weight and log their food in a cell phone app. Participants will receive motivational text messages, participate in surveys and have their weight and blood pressure measured.
