Kelly Receives Duke School of Medicine K12 Institutional Training Grant

MSN Instructor Maryellen Kelly was recently awarded the Duke School of Medicine Multidisciplinary K12 Urologic Research (KURe) nstitutional Training Grant. The grant provides KURe Scholars at Duke total salary support of up to $140,000 per year (75 percent effort; 50 percent for surgical specialties). The program also provides support for research related activities, tuition relates to didactic courses or career development and travel to research meetings.

Kelly's research focuses on lower urinary tract symptoms in pediatric patients with diabetes.
