From OGACHI: Now Accepting Proposals for Faculty-in-Residence Program

From the Office of Global and Community Health Initiatives (OGACHI)...

  • The Duke Global Health Institute (DGHI) invites research proposals for the Faculty-in-Residence Program for the 2017-2018 academic year. This Program will support the career development of a junior faculty member to live and work at a selected partner location and to further strengthen existing collaborations.

Through this RFP, funds will be used to stimulate a global health research project, with a larger goal of enabling investigators to leverage preliminary findings and data to obtain external funding. The RFP has a special focus on expanding research activities and identifying strategic opportunities that will advance collaborative research and education at the the selected partner location.

Applicants are asked to submit a letter of intent no later than July 8.
