Oyesanya Presented at ACRM Spring Meeting

spring event graphicTolu Oyesanya, associate professor, presented at the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine (ACRM) 2021 Virtual Spring Meeting on March 19. The name of the live course was called "Enabling Leadership in a Diverse Rehabilitation Community."

She moderated the session called "Best Practices in Mentorship Program Development." The goal of the session was to share different organizations' approaches to design and implementation of mentoring programs to enhance diversity in the biomedical research/clinical workforce and to hear actionable recommendations that attendees can take to their home organizations.
