Applications Open for Faculty and Staff Affiliation with D-CHIPP

The DUSON Community Health Improvement Partnership Program (D-CHIPP) has re-opened the application process for faculty and staff affiliation. By completing a few questions and describing your interest in community health and affiliation, faculty and staff can access:

  1. Listserv membership to receive the D-CHIPP newsletter, community health-based announcements including training opportunities, grant funding, and events
  2. Support of D-CHIPP staff and resources to assist in workshop development / meeting planning
  3. Eligibility to apply for small grant opportunities
  4. Access to resources such as equipment loans (e.g., blood pressure cuffs, HbgA1c analyzer, camera). Individuals seeking affiliation should demonstrate:
    1. Interest in community or population health, and
    2. Previous or current participation in community health research, education, service, advocacy and/or policy initiatives.

Upon receipt, the D-CHIPP Executive Committee will review applications for approval. Faculty and staff can fill out their applications online.
