Getting on Track, presented by Duke Health and Fitness Center, provides an integrative approach to weight management and lifestyle change.

Getting on Track, presented by Duke Health and Fitness Center, provides an integrative approach to weight management and lifestyle change. Their nutrition, exercise, and behavioral health experts work with participants to eliminate the typical frustration, confusion and deprivation that is often associated with weight loss.  
 
Getting on Track 

  • Eight weeks of interactive classes on nutrition, exercise, and behavioral health held virtually through a secure zoom site. 
  • 10% discount for all Duke Employees and Duke Health and Fitness Center members 
  • Weekly group exercise sessions (option to join us onsite or join us virtually through secure zoom site) 
  • Individualized nutrition and exercise prescriptions 
  • Option to continue with one of our on-going support groups 

Next Session 

  • Begins Sept. 14th 
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30-6:30 p.m., weekly for eight weeks 
  • Virtual or in person group exercise class Tuesdays each week (week one is fully virtual for everyone) 
  • Virtual classes on nutrition, exercise and behavior on Thursdays each week 

Registration  

  • $370 (10% discount for Duke employees and DHFC members = $333)   
  • Three-installment payment plan available 
  • Due by September 7th; space is limited
