Duke Health and Fitness Offers Weight Management Program

Duke Health and Fitness Center's Getting on Track program provides an integrative approach to weight management and lifestyle change. Our nutrition, exercise, and behavioral health experts’ work with participants to eliminate the typical frustration, confusion and deprivation that is often associated with weight loss.

  • 8 week interactive classes on nutrition, exercise, and behavioral health

  • Individualized nutrition and exercise prescriptions

  • Weekly weigh-ins, exercise sessions and accountability check-ins with program experts

  • Daily monitoring book and manual of information discussed

  • Option to continue with one of our on-going support groups

  • Discounted fee to join Duke Health and Fitness Center

Next Session

  • Begins January 23rd, 2020

  • Thursdays:  5:15 - 8:00pm for 8 weeks

  • Exercise prior to class: 5:15 - 6:15pm

  • Interactive class: 6:30pm – 8:00pm


  • $370 (10% discount for Duke employees and DHFC members = $333) 

  • Three-installment payment plan available

  • Due by January 16th; space is limited
