I am pleased to announce that Eleanor Stevenson has been appointed Chair of the Women, Children and Families Division effective July 1, 2019.  Stevenson joined DUSON in 2009 as a clinical instructor and is currently an associate professor. She will be the second Division Chair for Division I, following Barbara Turner, professor.

My thanks to all of you who participated in the interview process and to Valerie Sabol, chair and professor; Crystal Arthur, director of faculty affairs; and the search committee for their time and effort managing the search with three very strong internal candidates. 

On behalf of the division and the School, I want to thank Turner for her outstanding leadership of the Division since its inception. I thank her for all of her leadership and contributions in establishing and leading the Division these past four years and welcome Stevenson to the next phase.
