A group of physicians at Duke is exploring the moral dimension of burnout. They are in the process of developing a Moral Injury Scale for Clinicians and would like your help to validate their survey. The total survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete and all data will be collected anonymously. Participants who complete the survey will be entered into a raffle for a $1,000 ClinCard.
