Gwen Waddell-Schultz, consulting associate and Duke AHEAD member, is retiring as chief nurse of Nursing Education and Medicine with the Duke VA Health Care System. With more than 38 years of nursing, Waddell-Schultz has contributed to the nursing education of hundreds of nurses, and her commitment to veterans is forever.
