The Duke Institute for Health Innovation (DIHI) will support high-potential innovation projects in the areas of novel strategies to improve value of care delivery, advance health equity, amplify digital solutions for care and monitoring, strengthen provider and staff experience and well-being and enhance patient engagement and experience.

MSN Alum Femc's Poster Accepted for Conference
Alexandra Femc, MSN'20, with assistance from Kathryn Trotter, associate professor, had her poster presentation accepted for the 2021 30th Annual Interdisciplinary Breast Center Conference, to be held by The National Consortium of Breast Centers (NCBC).
Kelly Leads International Team
Maryellen S. Kelly, assistant professor, was appointed by the International Children’s Continence Society to lead a team of international experts on neurogenic bowel management and treatment to create the first standardized document on pediatric neurogenic bowel care.
Trotter Participated in Women's Health Panel Event
Kathryn Trotter, associate professor, participated in a women’s health professional panel event on March 10 at 6 p.m., sponsored by the Femme, Trans and Women's Health interest group of the ABSN Program. 25 attended the webinar, and there are plans to have a similar event in person this fall.
