We appreciate the consideration of the AAMN for recognition of our efforts in creating a supportive environment and sense of community for all students, faculty, and staff this past year despite the challenges brought forth by the pandemic and the continual changing climate in society.
As we continue to engage our community to overcome racial violence, discrimination, and social injustice we are emboldened to continue our efforts towards diversity, inclusivity, and equity. DUSON's chapter of AAMN strives to create this type of environment across all programs of study and within our local area. As members of this dynamic institution, it has been our pleasure to mentor and contribute to the future of a more diverse nursing profession.
DUSON's chapter of AAMN is an important part of our commitment to excellence in creating an environment we can all be proud of.
