Faculty Contribute to Article about Young Adult Hispanic Immigrants

Allison Stafford, assistant professor, and Rosa Gonzalez-Guarda, associate professor, contributed to "Adverse Childhood Experiences and Depressive Symptoms among Young Adult Hispanic Immigrants: Moderating and Mediating Effects of Distinct Facets of Acculturation Stress" in "Issues in Mental Health Nursing." Gabriela Nagy, of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, also contributed. 

Oyesanya Co-Produces Article on TBI Patients Transitioning from Acute Hospital Care to Home

Tolu Oyesanya, associate professor, and Gabrielle Harris, PhD'20, along with Callan Loflin, former DUSON clinical research coordinator, and Janet Prvu Bettger, former DUSON associate professor who's now with the School of Medicine, wrote "Negotiating the transition from acute hospital care to home: perspectives of patients with traumatic brain injury, caregivers and healthcare providers" in the "Journal of Integrated Care." 

Faculty Write Article on HIV Clinician Workforce Shortage

Kara McGee, associate professor, Lacrecia Bell, clinical associate, Vincent Guilamo-Ramos, dean, Brandon Knettel, assistant professor, Schenita Randolph, associate professor, and Michael V. Relf, associate dean for global and community health affairs, published "HIV Clinician Workforce Shortage: Nurse Practitioners Filling the Gap" in "The Journal for Nurse Practitioners."
