QUALIFICATIONS: At least six years of experience as a manager and administrator with responsibility for a wide range of process, project, policy, budgetary and supervisory responsibilities within an organization required. Demonstrated experience in recruitment, enrollment management, advising, counseling, program development, or a related field.

Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator, 274271

THE ROLE: The Duke University School of Nursing seeking an Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator to join our Admissions and Recruitment team. In this highly visible role, you will help shape the future of nursing by recruiting, advising, and supporting prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment. You will serve as a key ambassador for the School of Nursing, guiding applicants through the admissions process, building relationships with prospective students, and developing recruitment strategies that support enrollment goals across academic programs.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, two years of experience as an Admissions Officer or the equivalent at a comparable college or university, and experience evaluating applicant credentials and applying established admissions policies and procedures.

Senior Program Coordinator, Pre-Licensure Program, 274270

THE ROLE: The Duke University School of Nursing seeks a highly organized and collaborative Senior Program Coordinator to support the Pre-Licensure Program (PLP). In this role, you will serve as a key operational partner, ensuring the successful administration of one of the School of Nursing's flagship academic programs. Clinical Research Coordinator, (Spanish Bilingual), 270924

THE ROLE: The Duke University School of Nursing is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (Spanish-speaking) to join our research team focused on improving outcomes for English- and Spanish-speaking patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and their family caregivers as they transition home from acute hospital care. This is a full-time, 100% grant-funded, in-person role supporting NIH-funded research with meaningful impact on patient and caregiver experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree plus a minimum of two years of relevant experience (e.g., research, clinical interaction, study population engagement, or program coordination) OR Bachelor’s degree; Fluency in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension).

Biostatistician III, 272721

THE ROLE: The Duke University School of Nursing is seeking a collaborative and analytically driven Biostatistician III to join our research team. In this role, you will serve as a key statistical partner to faculty investigators, supporting a broad portfolio of research studies and funded projects that advance nursing science, healthcare outcomes, and population health. You will independently manage multiple projects while providing expert statistical consultation, advanced data analysis, programming support, and interpretation of research findings.

QUALIFICATIONS: Position requires a minimum of a Doctoral degree in (bio) statistics or related field and no relevant experience, or a Master's degree in (bio) statistics or related field and 2 years relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in (bio) statistics or related field and 4 years relevant experience.
