Executive Position:
Associate Dean, Strategic Communications and Marketing

Operations Coordinator, Development and Alumni Affairs, 236500

Anita Stallings, Associate Dean, Development and Alumni Affairs

THE ROLE: This position manages and coordinates operational and administrative activities for the Office of Development and Alumni Affairs to ensure effective support of all functions that impact the successful delivery of the fundraising and engagement missions.

QUALIFICATIONS: Work requires three years of relevant experience and a broad knowledge of analytical, communications, organizational and accounting principles and practices.

Senior Director Development/Major Gifts Officer, 235821

Anita Stallings, Associate Dean, Development and Alumni Affairs

THE ROLE: Develop and implement programs and strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward alumni, grateful patients, parents, foundations, organizations and friends of Duke University School of Nursing (DUSON) for significant gifts, both outright and deferred, to fund School priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS: Work requires a minimum of five years of progressive fundraising experience in a major university, academic health system, or related organization with a proven track record in securing funding at the major gift level. Campaign experience is desirable.

Program Coordinator, Doctoral Student Operations, 235843

Rosa Gonzalez – Guarda, PhD and Dr. Julee Waldrup, DNP and PhD Program Leaders

THE ROLE: The Program Coordinator will provide a high level of operations and administrative support to the PhD and DNP Students (BSN-DNP/Post MSN Program). Perform complex, diverse, and confidential support of activities including, but not limited to: student scholarship, assist with grant management and reporting. Follow-up and accuracy are essential requirement in this job description. All tasks must be performed in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS: Work requires analytical, communications and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program.
