THE ROLE: The Director of Admissions provides administrative management and coordination of enrollment personnel and functions at the School of Nursing.
QUALIFICATIONS: Requires minimum of three-five years of demonstrated admissions/recruitment/student service experience and leadership skills in a dynamic, complex service culture. Requires experience in process re-engineering, demonstrated leadership and motivation skills and proven ability to develop customer service strategies for serving internal and external customers.

Program Coordinator, Doctoral Programs, 243462
Rosa Gonzalez-Guarda, Assistant Dean PhD Program and Mary Lou Affronti, Assistant Dean, DNP Program
THE ROLE: With minimal supervision, and independent judgment, provide a high level of operations and administrative support to the PhD and DNP Students (BSN-DNP/Post MSN Program). Perform complex, diverse, and confidential support of activities including, but not limited to: student scholarship, assist with grant management and reporting. Follow-up and accuracy are essential requirement in this job description. All tasks must be performed in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS: Work requires analytical, communications and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program. Work requires one year of experience in program administration or involving academic, instructional or counseling activities to acquire skills necessary to plan, coordinate and implement a variety of program activities and events.

Program Coordinator, Interprofessional Education and Care (IPEC), 241746

THE ROLE: The IPEC Program Coordinator will provide critical organizational planning and support in collaboration with the Director and Assistant Directors in pursuit of the center’s central mission to prepare the current and future workforce as collaboration-ready, interprofessional partners providing high quality, team-based care to improve the health of individuals, families and populations.
QUALIFICATIONS: The position requires excellent program management/coordination, organizational, logistics, and planning skills. Strong people management and development skills are crucial. Additionally, the position requires strong interpersonal, cross-cultural, communication skills and flexibility, in order to interact effectively with faculty, students, administrators, Duke University offices, outside vendors, and office personnel. The ability to make independent judgments in situations with a high level of ambiguity is critical.

Senior Wellness Coordinator, 244121

THE ROLE: The Senior Wellness Coordinator is responsible for a broad range of activities that promote student wellness through the development, implementation, facilitation, and coordination of educational activities and programs. This position will provide wellness support to the School of Nursing and the Inter Professional Education Center. Responsibilities and effort are outlined in the essential duties below.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree is required, preferably in student affairs, public health, health and wellness or a similar program. Work requires 2 years related experience in a postsecondary education or health care setting. Experience in wellness promotion/health education program management and/or administration experience preferably in a higher education setting is desired.
