Rosa Gonzalez-Guarda, associate professor, has received the 2020 Excellence in Research award from the Nursing Network on Violence Against Women International (NNVAWI).
This award recognizes outstanding contributions to research and/or evidence-based practice in the area of violence against women and children.
Claudia Lucas, a Cardiology certificate student, contributed to "Nurse Practitioner Fellowship: Program Planning and Curriculum Development."
Dominique Bulgin, PhD '19, consulting associate and postdoctoral fellow with Duke National Clinician Scholars Program, contributed to "Nursing work is justice work: Rethinking justice and promoting healing in survivors of gender‐based violence" in Public Health Nursing.
Gillian Adynski, consulting associate and postdoctoral fellow with Duke National Clinician Scholars Program, was one of the writers of the editorial "Catalyzing a Nursing Response to Healthcare Discrimination Against Transgender and Nonbinary Individuals" in the Journal of Nursing Scholarship.
